Refund Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all orders placed on the InstaMG platform operated by InstaMG Healthcare Private Limited (“InstaMG”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).


1. No General Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of medicines and healthcare products, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

Medicines, health products, and related items are non-returnable for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • No longer required

  • Incorrect dosage selected by the user

This policy is in place to ensure safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.


2. When Returns or Refunds Are Allowed

Returns or refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • The pharmacy has supplied a wrong product

  • The product is damaged, expired, or defective at the time of delivery

  • There is a clear mismatch between the ordered item and the delivered item

In such cases, InstaMG may facilitate a replacement or refund after verification.


3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Supporting evidence such as photos or videos may be required

You can raise a request through the app or by contacting our support team.


4. Verification & Approval

All refund or replacement requests are subject to verification by:

  • The fulfilling pharmacy, and/or

  • InstaMG’s internal review process

Approval or rejection of a request will be communicated after verification.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider

  • InstaMG is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided if:

  • The issue is reported after the allowed time window

  • The product has been used or tampered with

  • The issue arises due to incorrect information provided by the user

  • A valid prescription was not provided where required


7. Role of InstaMG

InstaMG acts as a technology intermediary.
All medicines are sold and invoiced by licensed pharmacies, and InstaMG facilitates communication and resolution between users and pharmacies.
